Good so far.

we have been using it for a month so far, and it works well.
once you tighten and set the collar properly it doesn't loose its setting so it keeps proper contact.
only used the shock function a few times and my dog now knows if I use the vibrate the shock will follow if she doesn't listen, so her behavior has improved drastically.
